1.2 Sales are not definitively concluded only after express written acceptance by the Company of the Customer's orders even if said orders follow sales offers issued by the Company. The recording of the said order by the Company constitutes proof of it, in particular with regard to the type of Product, the quantity, the place and the date of delivery.

1.3- No modification of an order, additional order or partial or total cancellation of an order will bind the Company unless it expressly accepts it in writing. These general conditions of sale can only be derogated from by express written agreement of the Company.

Under no circumstances will the Company be liable, or held as such, for any statement which the Customer would rely on, if such a statement is not attached to the Order, or is not reported on the Order and subsequently confirmed by the Company.
